Above are photos from Selian Lutheran Hospital near Ngaramtoni, a few miles northwest of Arusha, Tanzania. In December 2008, Selian opened the sparkling Arusha Lutheran Medical Centre, which is featured in the slideshow below. That is now the main hospital, and there are hopes for old Selian to become a district hospital for the recently formed Arusha Vijijini district.
